EXCHANGES:

If you aren’t happy with your item, you can return your product within 7 days of purchasing it, and you will be able to exchange or get a credit note with the full amount minus shipping costs. This policy applies to products bought from DashingFashion

Products that are eligible for a exchange:

• The item is undamaged and unused
• The item is returned in the original package
• The label must still be on the item
• Swimwear and underwear cant be returned
• The item is not missing any accessories or parts
• The item is lodged for an exchange within the 7 days of purchase

Products that are not eligible for a refunds and exchange:

• Products marked “Final Sale”
• Products that have been returned after longer than 7 days

Charges:

If you return an item to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return.

Online Returns:

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse DashingFashion for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days from the day you place the order.
Tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped, you can then use these to track your order.

We will then send a coupon code so you can re order online..

Or can pop in to our Stores and exchange what ever we have

There no exchanges or credit as it’s end of the season range..

If item it sold out from our side and dont have anymore we will gladly refund
